Aspirin underutilized for preeclampsia prevention

(HealthDay)—Aspirin use is underused for preeclampsia prophylaxis in women with prepregnancy diabetes, obesity, or chronic hypertension or a combination of these factors, according to a research letter published in the Jan. 25 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association.
