Cancer trial participation does not eliminate disparities for poor patients

Even with access to a clinical trial, cancer patients living in the poorest neighborhoods in America have a nearly 30 percent greater chance of dying from their disease compared to the wealthiest patients, SWOG Cancer Research Network study results show.
